Common questions
Which accounting software do you use?
We work on Sage Pastel. If you would rather use a cloud platform such as Xero or Sage Accounting, you take out the subscription in your own name and we process directly on your system, so you always have access to your own records.
How does pricing scale?
Fees are based mainly on monthly transaction volume and the number of bank accounts. We quote a fixed monthly fee after a short review of your records.
We are months behind. Can you catch up?
Yes. We quote the catch up work separately, bring your books up to date, then move you onto a regular monthly routine.
